Why space doesn't suck all the air from earth even though its vacuum?

the atmosphere remains relatively stable and that the air doesn't
escape into the vacuum of space.
Finally, it is important to note that some molecules in the Earth's
atmosphere can, in fact, escape into space, but this is a slow and
continuous process. This loss of atmosphere is balanced by the
constant replenishment mentioned above, which keeps the overall
atmospheric pressure and composition relatively stable over time.
